Selective Design Consultant Agency believes a detailed funding plan should be our highest priority to correctly work towards convincing all of our most revered financial investment institutes, major corporations and the federal Government that building multiple waste innovation/ energy complexes will help us properly address the United States current problems, mainly the trillions in debt created by the deficit, a failing investment system and the job crisis. However, it would make logical economic sense to build waste innovation energy complexes all over the United States that will ultimately become the model for using an internal source of waste materials to operate, control and exploit for their commercial materials and put billions back into the federal government, create millions of jobs and give the investment sector a guaranteed money maker. The US government has enormous federal land that they could lease out and grant money to invest just as they would do for large petroleum or mineral companies that have optimistic projects in the makings. Building waste innovation/ energy complexes all over the U.S.A. will be one of the greatest public investment program ever in the U.S.A. history because at each waste innovation energy complex we can process waste into valuable natural resources. Furthermore we can enhance the state of the countries natural resources by building waste innovation/ energy complexes instead of allowing waste materials to sit idly, knowing if we put the proper infrastructure in place, our waste materials can be worth trillions of dollars. S.D.C.A will demonstrate the value of having waste innovation/energy complexes built all over the U.S.A. and that our waste materials are an internal source of power, business and investments. This venture should not be treated as an average government pet project because these waste materials are being relinquish from harming the environment and utilized in better ways to help society and we should utilize every convenient measure to achieve this goal and build waste innovation/ energy complexes all over the U.S.A
